Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety. This massage is generally more intense, though it need not be painful. If you like the "good pain" of massage, this is for you. If you want deep work without so much intensity, there are other options - Please ask!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be respectful of our 24 hour cancellation policy. As the patient, or legal guardian of a minor patient, you understand and agree to pay in full for all services at each visit and agree to pay a fee of $50 if cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours of the date and time of your scheduled appointment.
